摘 要:利用有限元软件ABAQUS对列车轮盘制动进行热机耦合分析。分析制动过程中,制动盘、螺栓紧固件等部件的温度、接触力、应力及应变的变化情况,并分析在不同列车速度、不同轴重以及两次连续制动的情况下制动盘表面温度的变化。结果表明:制动过程是一个快速升温,缓慢降温的过程,螺栓根部的应力最大;随着列车速度及轴重的增加,制动温度均呈线性增加,但在不同列车速度下,达到最高制动温度的时刻点是不同的;两次连续制动时,制动盘表面温度有两个峰值,其中第二次制动时的最高温度比第一次要低,但达到最高温度的时间更短。A thermal-mechanical coupling analysis of a train wheel disk braking system was performed using the finite element package ABAQUS.The contact force,stress and strain of the brake disk,bolts and other components during bra-king process were studied,the temperature distribution of brake disk was analyzed under different speed and axle load in two continuous braking applications.The results show that the brake disk is heated rapidly but cooled slowly in the braking process,and the maximum stress is located at the bottom of bolt.The temperature of the brake disk is increased linearly with the increase of train speed and axle load,but under different train speed,the time to the highest temperature is dif-ferent from each other.There are two peaks of surface temperature of the brake disk during two continuous braking appli-cations.The highest temperature in the second braking application is lower than that in the first braking application,but the time to the highest surface temperature is shorter than that in the first braking application.
