摘　　要：总结糖尿病足肌腱变性坏死症的处理方式,结合肌腱愈合规律及化腐再生法的作用,提出化腐再生法促进肌腱血管化,加速肌腱与周围组织粘连,堵截感染这一新的糖尿病足肌腱变性坏死症的外治法。The treatment of the degenerative necrosis of tendon in diabetic foot was summarized. Combined with the healing rule of tendon and the effect of Huafu Zaisheng （removing necrosis tissue and accelerating regeneration） method, a new external therapy about treating the degenerative necrosis of tendon in diabetic foot, by which the therapy of removing necrosis tissue and accelerating regeneration can speed up vascularization, increase adhesion of the tendon and its peripheral tissue and prevent infection, was proposed.
