摘　　要：高职院校构建好一个多功能社会服务平台,能有效解决教学与科研的关系、社会效益与经济效益的关系、教师个人发展与学校持续发展利益的关系等问题,也能促进校企合作、产学研合作,是保证高职院校可持续发展的有效途径。试图在构建多功能社会服务平台时面临的机构设置与管理模式选择、保障制度的制订及社会服务过程中应注意的问题等方面进行初步探索。Constructing a multi-function social service platform in higher vocational colleges can ef- fectively deal with the relation between teaching and research, social benefits and economic benefits, teachers＂ individual development and college＇s sustainable development; it can also promote school-enterprise cooperation, combination of ＂production, teaching and research and effectively guarantee higher vocational colleges sustainable development. Institution setting and management mode choice, formulation of security system in constructing a multi-function social service platform and problems in social service are explored.
