新疆牧民定居的畜牧业生产方式对畜产品质量安全影响分析

摘　　要：以新疆阿勒泰和塔城地区的牧民定居点为试验点,现场调查并随机采集屠宰的牛羊肉样品40份,分别对肉样品进行重金属及违禁添加剂、抗虫剂、抗生素类等兽药残留进行检测。结果为:养殖区生产的畜产品中As、Pb、Hg、Cd含量均低于国家标准限量,符合国家标准;肉样中未检出违禁添加剂盐酸克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺和沙丁胺醇;且伊维菌素、阿维菌素、抗生素类兽药残留也均未检出,符合国家标准。结果表明,牧民定居后的生活和生产方式符合国家有关畜产品生产质量安全标准,牧民定居后的养殖模式有利于改善民生,草原生态环境保护及草地畜牧业可持续发展。We select the herdsmen settlement station in Tacheng and Aletai as sample collection plot, collect40 sampeles and check the heavy metals, prohibited additives and veterinary drug residues were measured. Theresults showed that content of As,Pb,Hg,Cd were lower than the national standard limits. There were neitherveterinary drug residues nor prohibited materials detected in the meat. Taken togethproduction in herdsmen settlement farms are in accordance with reqirements regardinger, the living and animalthe quality and safety foranimal production, which is in turn beneficial for improving the nomadic people＇s livelihood,ecological environment and the sustainable aniaml huabandry.
