新疆库尔勒市散生鲜牛奶的卫生质量检测与分析

摘　　要：为调查库尔勒市散生鲜牛奶销售点牛奶卫生质量,对库尔勒市14个固定销售散生鲜牛奶点的牛奶的卫生质量进行了检测。按照GB4789.2-2010.食品卫生微生物学菌落总数测定方法、GB4789.3-2010大肠菌群MPN计数操作方法、GB4789.27-2008.鲜乳抗生素残留检验操作方法等方法来检测。14个散生鲜奶点牛奶样品中,菌落总数3.9×103~6.9×104CFU/mL的样品13份,大肠菌群计数在〉1100 MPN/mL的样品数3份,检测乳房炎乳阳性样品7份,检出有抗生素牛奶样品2份。检测的14份散生鲜牛奶样品中,菌落总数、大肠菌群、乳房炎乳和有抗生素牛奶都有不同程度的污染状况。s In order to investigate the desanitary quality of the fixed point of sale the flesh milk, 14 fixedpoint of sale were detected in this paper. According to GB4789.2-2010 Food micro biologic-al examination：Aerobic plate count,GB4789.3-2010 Food microbiologic-al examination： Enumeration of coli forms,GB4789.27-2008 Examinati-on of residue of antibiotics in fresh milk and other method to detect. From the14 milk samples, 13 samples were detected that the total numbers of colony was 3.9×10^3-6.9×104CFU/mL,3samples were detected that the Coliform Count was 〉1 100 MPN/ML,7 samples were detected mastitis,2samples were detected Antibiotic.The 14 fresh milk samples had different contamination status on the totalnumbers of colony, the Coliform Count, Mastitis Milk, Antibiotic Milk.
