摘　　要：资本结构问题一直是财务理论研究中的热点与难点问题之一,也是公司财务的核心内容,在理论与实务中得到了广泛的应用。本文抽取了上证A股中信息技术业上市公司2002—2012年共计10年的数据,从盈利能力、成长性、资产抵押价值、资产流动性、资产营运能力五种角度,去研究中国上市公司信息技术业的资本结构与此之间的关系。Capital structure problem has always been one of the hot and difficult problems in financial theory research. It is also the core content of corporate finance and is widely used in the theory and practice. This paper, by extracting the data of Shanghai A-share listed information and technology companies from 2002--2012, researches the relationship between capital structure and the information technology industry from five aspects： profitability, growth, asset collateral value, liquidity and assets operation ability.
