氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症血药浓度与临床效应的关系

摘　　要：探讨难治性精神分裂症患者服用不同剂量氯氮平后血药浓度与临床疗效的关系。结果发现血药浓度与口服剂量关系未能确定,与8周末BPRS评分无相关性,与TESS评分呈正相关,高剂量组心电图和脑电图异常例数明显高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。The purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between serum concentrations and clinical effects of clozapine in resistant schizophrenia. The results showed that serum concentrations of clozapine were not correlated with BPRS score at the end of 8th week, and was positively correlated with the TESS score. The numbers of abnormal ECG and EEG were more higher in high dosage group than in the low's.
