高龄糖尿病肾病患者康复护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄糖尿病肾病患者康复护理对策.方法：对在空军总医院住院的100 例高龄糖尿病肾病患者（≧80 岁）随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组50例给予常规护理干预,实验组50 例在常规护理干预基础上给予综合护理干预,包括心理护理、饮食护理、用药护理、并发症预防护理、健康教育等综合护理措施.监测空腹血糖、餐后2 小时血糖、尿糖、尿酮体.结果：实验组和对照组空腹血糖、餐后2 小时血糖、尿糖、尿酮体指标经统计学处理,疗效实验组明显好于对照组. 结论：加强高龄糖尿病肾病患者的自我管理能力,防止和延缓了并发症的发生,在糖尿病肾病治疗中起到了重要作用.objective：to investigate the rehabilitation nursing countermeasures on diabetic nephropathy in aged patients. Methods：in the air force general hospital was in thehospital, 100 cases of senile patients with diabetic nephropathy （≧ 80） randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 50 cases given routine nursingintervention, the experimental group of 50 cases on the basis of conventional nursing intervention for comprehensive nursing intervention, including psychological nursing, diet nursing,medication nursing, complication prevention, health education and comprehensive nursing measures. Monitor fasting blood glucose, blood sugar, urine sugar 2 hours after meal, urineketone bodies. Results：the experimental group and control group in fasting plasma glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood sugar, urine sugar, index of urine ketone body, after statisticsprocessing effect of experimental group was better than control group obviously. Conclusion：strengthen the self management ability of the elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy,to prevent and delay the complications, played an important role in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
