摘　　要：目的探索“以患者为中心与以护士为中心”和“以提高护理质量为基本点”的人本管理理念在骨科护理管理中的应用.方法：在骨科护理管理中,将“以患者为中心“和”以护士为中心”辩证统一,努力为患者创造人文关怀环境、为护士构筑发挥潜能的平台.结果：通过“两个中心”在骨科护理人本管理中的应用,护理管理者对人本管理理念的内涵和意义有了深刻而明确的认识,有利于发挥护士的潜能和为病人提供更好的服务,提高护理质量.结论：齐抓“两个中心”是一个基本点得以实现的重要保证.purpose To study the application of ‘patient-centered’ principle and ‘nurse-centered’ principle in nursing management in osteology department. Method： We unified‘patient-centered’ principle and ‘nurse-centered’ principle dialectically in nursing management in osteology department, and concerned both the patients’ feeling and the nurses’ feelingtogether. such as QQ group to create a humanistic cared atmosphere. Result： The nursing managers recognized the people oriented principle more deeply through application‘two-center’ in the nursing management, and the nurses worked more actively than before. Conclusion： Application of ‘patient-centered’ principle and ‘nurse-centered’ principle canrealize the fundamental point of the nursing equality.
