摘　　要：目的探讨正常胃组织和胃癌组织中VEGF、CD44V6 和ICAM-1 的表达水平,并观察它们与临床病理特征尤其是淋巴结转移的关系.方法：应用免疫组化S-P法,对78 例胃癌组织、30 例正常胃组织中VEGF、CD44V6 和ICAM-1 的表达及其与临床病理特征尤其是淋巴结转移的关系进行检测.结果：1. 胃癌组织中VEGF、CD44V6和ICAM-1 表达阳性率显著高于正常胃组织（P〈0.05）.2. 胃癌组织中低分化组的VEGF、CD44V6 阳性率明显高于高、中分化组,VEGF、CD44V6 和ICAM-1 在有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组,在T3、T4组明显高于T1、T2组,在Ⅲ、Ⅳ 期组明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ 期组（P〈0.05）.3.胃癌组织中VEGF 与CD44V6 评分呈正相关（R=0.329, P=0.010）.结论：1. VEGF、CD44V6 和ICAM-1 胃癌的发生和发展有关.2. VEGF、CD44V6 与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM 分期密切相关, ICAM-1 与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM 分期密切相关.3.VEGF 与CD44V6 在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关,提示二者可能协同参与了胃癌的发生发展和转移.Objective To investigate the expression levels of VEGF, CD44V6 and ICAM-1 in normal gastric tissues and gastric carcinoma, and observe their clinical andpathological features especially the relationship between lymph node metastasis. Methods： mmunohist-ochemical S-P method, in 78 cases of gastric cancer, 30 cases of normal gastrictissue VEGF, CD44V6 and ICAM-1 expression and clinical pathological features especially the relationship between lymph node metastasis were detected. Results： 1.the positiveexpression of VEGF, CD44V6 and ICAM-1 in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue. 2 VEGF in gastric cancer tissues,the positive rate ofCD44V6 in low diff-erentiation group was significantly higher than that in group VEGF,differentiation, CD44V6, and ICAM-1 in lymph node metastasis group was significantly higherthan that in the group without lymph node metastasis, in T3, T4 group was significantly higher than that in T1, T2 group, in III, IV group was significantly higher than thatin I, II group. Correlation between VEGF and CD44v6 score was 3 in gastric cancer tissues （R=0.329, P=0.010）. Conclusion： 1 VEGF, CD44V6 and ICAM-1 in gastric cancer anddevelopment. 2 VEGF,CD44V6 and the degree of tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and is closely related to the TNM staging, ICAM-1 and gastriccancer invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and is closely related to the TNM staging. Positive expression of 3.VEGF and CD44V6 in gastric carcinoma related, suggesting that thetwo may be involved in the development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
