摘　　要：概括总结了近些年来中医治疗幽门螺杆菌相关病证的实验及临床研究进展,形成病因是"邪毒内犯",病机为"本虚标实,升降失调"的幽门螺杆菌相关病证的病因病机认识。建立"邪毒"(幽门螺杆菌)的存在及强度,病理损害的类型和程度作为幽门螺杆菌相关病证的客观量化指标及标准,极大地了提高辨证论治的准确性和疗效判断的客观性和可靠性。现代药理实验结果和初步的循证医学证据是中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关病证的重要科学依据。In this paper, the latest laboratory experiments and clinical research in the Chinese medicine treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） related syndromes were summarized. It also discussed the etiology and pathogenesis and estab- lished the existence and intensity of toxin （Hp） , the type and degree of pathological damage as Hp associated syndromes objective quantitative standards, which has greatly improved the accuracy and the curative effect judgment of objectivity and reliability of syndrome differentiation and treatment administration. The resuhs of modem pharmacological experi- ments and the evidence based medicine are important scientific basis for treatment of Hp related syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.
