摘 要:《黄帝内经》中多处指出"心主神明",与"脑为元神之府"一说相互抵触。在中医理论框架内,"谁主神明"的问题自然会引起学术界的争论。从心和脑的生理功能谈起,分析了能使各自发挥作用的物质基础及其生理、病理关系,得出"心脑共主神明"的结论。心脑之间生理上相互联系,功能上对于神志的影响各有优势,有主次之分。心为统领,脑为府库,在心的统领下,心脑配合完成表现"神"的各项生命活动。心中所藏之"心神"具有能担当认识和处理事物的能力,意志思虑智皆由"心神"派生。脑中的"元神"通过感官负责搜集信息及各种感觉,这些信息的接受、判断,及其发出的指令,则需要"心神"支配,由此产生的记忆也反馈、并存在于脑中。Huangdi Neijing points out the heart governing the mind which contradicted with brain being the house of soul. Within the theoretical framework of traditional Chinese medicine, who is governing the gods always causes the de- bate in academic world. From the physiological function of heart and brain, the writer analyzes their material basis and its physiological and pathological relationship, and then comes to the conclusion that heart and brain govern the main gods together. The heart and brain preserve physical contact and have different advantages for the irLfluence of the mind. Under the governing of the heart, brain is the house of the soul. They cooperate to complete the various hfe activities. Hidden in the heart, the mind has the ability to realize and deal with things and then derive wish, remember, think, consider and wisdom. Yuan god in the brain is responsible for collecting information and all kinds of feelingand the god in the heart ac- cepts these information, giving judgment and the instruction. At last the resulting memory feeds back and lives in the brain.
