经前方中挥发油的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经前方中的挥发油成分,并探讨其对治疗原发性痛经的作用。方法:采用水蒸气法提取挥发油,GC毛细管柱色谱法进行分析,气相色谱-质谱联用技术辅助人工检索鉴定其化学成分。结果:经前方挥发油中共检测出38个色谱峰,鉴定了35个化合物,占挥发油总量的98.5%,其中含量最高的为反式茴香脑(68.1%),其次为藁本内酯(12.1%)。结论:通过经前方挥发油GC-MS成分比较分析;提示藁本内酯和反式茴香脑可能是发挥作用的主要活性成分,为揭示经前方的效应物质基础提供依据。Objective ： To study the components of essential oil of JF and investigate its role in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods： The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC capillary column chromatography. Its chemical compositions were identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry auxiliary artificial retrieval. Results ：38 constituents were gained and 35 constituents which accounted for 98.5% of the total essential oil were identified. The content of Anethol in the total constituents was the highest （68.1% ） and Ligustilide was the second （12.1%）. Conclusion：The chemical components of essential oil of JF are comparatively analyzed by GC - MS for the first time and it indicates that Anethol and Ligustilide are possibly main active components which show active effects on primary dysmenorrhea. This provides a basis for revealing the effective substance of JF.
