摘  要:目的:检测乳癌患者原发灶、复发灶中VEGF、组织蛋白酶D(Cath-D)蛋白的表达。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测38例乳癌患者(有淋巴结转移者25例)和22例乳癌胸壁复发患者(有淋巴结转移者5例)原发灶、复发灶及有、无淋巴结转移组织中VEGF、Cath-D蛋白的表达。结果:正常乳腺组织,乳癌原发灶、复发灶中VEGF、CathD蛋白的表达差异有统计学意义(χ2=50.029和24.461,P<0.05),且乳癌原发灶、复发灶中VEGF、Cath-D蛋白的表达均高于正常乳腺组织,但二组织间差异无统计学意义。乳癌患者有淋巴结转移组VEGF、Cath-D蛋白的表达高于无淋巴结转移组(χ2=9.017和5.963,P<0.05)。乳癌组织中VEGF和Cath-D蛋白的表达呈正关联(rP=0.411,P<0.001)。结论:乳癌原发灶、复发灶及有淋巴结转移的乳癌组织中VEGF与Cath-D蛋白高表达,二者可能在乳癌复发和淋巴结转移中起协同作用。Aim: To investigate the expressions of VEGF and Cath-D in primary and recurrent focuses from patients with breast cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of VEGF and Cath-D in38 cases of breast cancer( 25 with lymph node metastasis) and 22 cases of recurrent breast cancer( 5 with lymph node metastasis). Results: The expressions of VEGF and Cath-D in primary focuses and recurrent focuses had no significant difference,but both of them were higher than normal breast tissue( χ2= 50. 029 and 24. 461,P 0. 05). The expressions of VEGF and Cath-D in breast cancer tissue with lymphatic metastasis were higher than that of without lymphatic metastasis( χ2= 9. 017 and 5. 963,P〈 0. 05). The expressions of VEGF and Cath-D in breast cancer tissue were positively associated( rP= 0. 411,P〈0. 001). Conclusion: There are high expressions of VEGF and Cath-D in primary,recurrent focuses and breast cancer tissue with lymph node metastasis from patients with breast cancer,and they may have synergetic effect on the recurrence and lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer.
