首发精神分裂症患者家属心理健康状况及心理干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的：探讨首发精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康状况及心理干预效果。方法对80名首发精神分裂症患者家属采用症状自评量表评定心理健康状况，并予以有针对性的心理干预。于心理干预2周末再次测评，并与国内常模进行对比分析。结果干预前患者家属症状自评量表的躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧因子分显著高于国内常模（P＜0．01），干预后均较干预前显著降低（P＜0．01），但躯体化、焦虑、恐惧因子分仍显著高于国内常模（P＜0．05或0．01）。结论精神分裂症患者家属存在不同程度的心理问题，心理干预能有效缓解或消除其心理问题，提高其心理健康水平。Objective To explore the mental health status and mental intervention effect of first-episode schizophrenic families . Methods Mental health states were assessed with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） in 80 first-episode schizophrenic families and to them purposeful mental intervention given .As-sessments were again conducted at the end of the 2nd week intervention and compared with internal norm . Results Compared with internal norm somatization ,interpersonal sensitiveness ,depression ,anxiety and phobia were significantly higher before intervention （P〈0 .01） ,lowered more significantly after interven-tion compared with pre-intervention （P〈0 .01） ,but somatization ,anxiety and phobia were still signifi-cantly higher compared with internal norm （P〈 0 .05 or 0 .01） .Conclusion Schizophrenic families have psycho-problems in varying degrees ,mental intervention could effectively relieve or eliminate their psycho-problems and improve mental health levels .
