摘　　要：目的探讨医院伤口专科护士的培养方法及效果。方法我院伤口管理中心对各病区选拔出来60名护理骨干进行伤口专科理论和技能的培训,通过综合考核,有56名学员获得了院首批伤口专科护士的资格认证,并在相应的临床科室开展伤口护理工作。结果院内压疮发生率年下降了23%,治愈好转率上升了25%;门诊伤口管理中心换药年增长率达42%,患者满意度增长12%。结论伤口专科护士的培养有助于满足患者需要,有较好推广价值。Objective To explore the methods and effects of training for wound care specialist nurses. Methods Sixty nurses were selected from different clinical departments and received training of wound care knowledge and skills. Fifty-six nurses obtained the accredited qualification of wound care specialist nurses and provided wound care within the hospital. Results The incidence of pressure ulcers decreased by 23% and the recovery rate increased by 25% every year. The cases of dressing change for outpatients in the Wound Management Center increased by 42% and patient satisfaction increased by 12% every year. Conclusion The training of wound care specialist nurses can contribute to meeting the needs of patients and deserves to be widely promoted.
