摘　　要：产业转型升级对高技能人才培养提出了更高的要求。当前,在高技能人才培养中存在课程建设、师资素质、基地建设、人才质量与产业转型升级要求不匹配的困境。高职院校要通过优化培养方案、创新基地管理、校企深度融合、强化素质教育和主动服务产业来促进高技能人才培养质量的提高,使之符合产业转型升级的需求。Industrial transformation and upgrading has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of high skilled talents. At present, there exist the difficult position that the training scheme, the base construction, the quality of teachers and the personnel,and the social services do not match the needs of the industrial transformation and upgrading in the training of the high-skilled talents. Higher vocational colleges should improve the quality of the cultivation of high-skilled talents by optimizing the training plan, innovating upon the base management,integrating schools and enterprises deeply ,strengthening the quality education ,and changing the service concept, so as to meet the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading.
