科技企业孵化器绩效的影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：本文将科技企业孵化器绩效分为经济绩效、孵化绩效和科技创新绩效,运用回归分析方法分析了人、财、物三类资源投入要素对科技企业孵化器绩效的影响。研究结果表明,对于孵化器经济绩效,三类资源投入对经济绩效都表现出正相关关系,企业性质的孵化器配置资源的效率相对较高;对于孵化绩效,受三类资源投入的影响较小,软增值服务对孵化绩效的影响更为显著;对于科技创新绩效,孵化资金投入和在孵企业人员数对科技创新绩效表现出显著的正相关,事业单位性质的孵化器配置资源的效率相对较高。This paper divides high-tech enterprise incubator performance into economic performance, incubation performance and tech- nology innovation performance, and studies the effects of human resource input, capital input and material input, on high-tech enter- prise performance. Regression analysis is used, and to economic performance, these three factors all shows positive correlation, and enterprise incubators＇ economic performance is better than administrative institution incubators＇ . To incubation performance, these factors all shows small influence, because soft value-added service is more important. To technology innovation performance, capital in- put and human resource input show positive correlation, but enterprise incubators＇ technology innovation is worse than administrative institutions＇ .
