摘　　要：政治价值的中立原则是否恰当是政治自由主义和社群主义争论的焦点。社群主义从"目的"出发,对政治自由主义展开批判,认为中立原则的结果是政治价值把道德价值括置在外;政治自由主义从"手段"出发对自身理论进行辩护,认为中立原则只是理性对话的中介——谈话过滤器而已。其结果表明,罗尔斯政治价值的论证逻辑虽然通过精心"剪裁",但由于缺乏现实社会的"奠基"和现实批判的维度,其理论的理想性和现实性之间还存在一定的张力。neutral principle of political value is appropriate is a focus of political liberalism and Communitarianism debate .From the “objective” of communitarianism criticizes political liberalism , think the neutrality principle is the result of political value the mor-al value includes the outside; political liberalism from “means” starting to defend its theory, think the neutrality principle is the ra-tional dialogue intermediary ---Talk filter.The results show that, the Argument Logic Rawls’ s political liberalism is clear, fine, but due to the lack of social reality of the “foundation” and the reality of critical dimensions, ideal and reality of the theory still has too much tension.
