摘　　要：自1934年康芒斯(J.R.Commons)在其著作《制度经济学》中首次使用"战略因素"一词以来,企业战略理论经历了近百年的发展。从钱德勒的《战略与结构》到穆尔的商业生态系统理论,从战略规划学派到战略网络理论,从竞争对抗到合作共生,从红海战略、蓝海战略到紫海战略,众多战略思想的持续交替更迭,驱动着企业战略理论不断被修正并日趋完善。企业战略理论演化存在着"概念论"、"学派论"和"分期论"等众多的学术分野,相应的理论思想迥然不同、分析路径泾渭分明、对应结论大有径庭。无疑,这些研究丰富了企业战略理论,为进一步理解其变迁的脉络奠定了基础。当前情形是,企业战略理论呈现丛林状态且短期内难以扭转,缺乏统一的主导研究范式,也无必要强行"一致"。通过梳理企业战略理论的形成与发展脉络,发现其演化过程中充满着辩证的机理。企业战略理论在运动中不断延续着合理的成分,修正乃至扬弃着偏差与缪误,由此呈现出螺旋式上升的姿态;无论是相呼应还是相背离,企业战略理论之间均有着难以割舍的关联,这种关联隐喻着丰富的辨证思想,诸如"价值瓜分"与"价值创新"、战略视野的"对内"与"朝外"等。因而,本文在哲学语境中,站在辨证的视角,从战略依据、战略视野、战略性质、战略状态、战略核心、战略主体和战略目标七大方面剖析企业战略理论的形成与发展,力图清晰地阐明其演化路径与嬗变逻辑。Since 1934 ,J. R. Commons used the strategic factors in his book which called Institutional Economic for the first time, the enterprise strategy theory has developed for nearly a century, from Chandler＇s ＂strategy and structure＂ to Moore＇s theory of business ecosystem,from the school of strategic planning to the theory of strategic networks, from competition to cooperation, from the red sea strategy, blue ocean strategy to the purple sea strategy, many strategic thought of sustained alternate drived the enterprise strategic theory revised and perfected constantly. The evolution of enterprise strategic theory has many academic distinctions such as ＂ concept discussion ＂, ＂school discussion＂ and ＂stage discussion＂ and so on, further more, the analysis path is quite distinct from each other, the corresponding theory thought and the corresponding conclusion are quite different. Without doubt, these researches above enriched the theory of enterprise strategy management and lay a foundation for further understanding of the changing context. The current situation is that strategic theory presents the jungle state and difficult to reverse in short-term, and lack of dominant research paradigm of unity and unnecessary to impose consistent. Through analyzing the evolution and interpreting the evolution mechanism of enterprise strategy theory, this paper found that there are full of dialectical mechanism in the process of moving. Enterprise strategic theory has extended the reasonable elements revising even abandoning deviation and mistakes, so it develops in a spiral way in motion;whether they echo with each other or not, all theories are inextricably linked and the process of theory implies rich dialectical logic, such as against competition and win-win cooperation, strategic vision for inward and outward, which reflected the contradiction and unity of the enterprise strategic theory.
