摘　　要：目的探讨海南医药卫生教育资源优化整合模式,以解决海南省医药卫生教育与医疗卫生体制改革脱节的问题。方法以2013年海南医药卫生体制改革专题调研数据为基础,深入剖析海南省医疗卫生教育现状及存在问题,指出教育改革的关键。结果整合公办医学教育资源,引导公办教育向精、高方向发展;鼓励发展民办教育资源,弥补公办教育资源的不足;培植一所高等医科大学,独立配置一到两所医学高等专科学校,压缩中等卫生职业学校,成立一所民办医药大学。结论只有加强政府顶层设计与政策引导,科学调整医学教育资源结构,才能真正推动医疗体制改革的良性运营。Objective To explore of integration model the Hainan medical and health education resource in order to solve the separation of the Hainan medical education and health system reform. Methods The paper is underpinned by the thematic investigation data about reform of the Hainan drug and medical management in 2013, offers great insight into the current situation and existing problems of Hainan medical and health education, and reveals the education reform focus. Results Integrating the public medical education resources was to push the public education forward and make an indepth development; encouraging the development of the non-government funded education was to make up what we lack in the public education resources;the specific measure was to support a higher medical university, construct independently one or two medical college, reduce the secondary health schools and found a non-government funded medical and pharmaceutical university. Conclusion Only by promoting the government top design and policy guidance and scientifically integrating the structure of medical education resource can we really pro-mote the benign operation of the medical system reform.
