摘　　要：凝聚力自提出以来,已经成为心理学界和管理界广泛关注的研究领域,并且随着研究的不断深入,企业、运动团队、学校和军队逐渐开始关注凝聚力的发展。凝聚力是团队存在和发展的基本要求,是团队取得成功的关键,同时也是衡量团队高绩效的重要指标之一。通过了解团队凝聚力的状况可以很好的反应团队任务的完成情况。文章对团队凝聚力的概念和构成进行了介绍,并分析了团队凝聚力的影响因素。最后,总结了团队凝聚力的测量方法并对未来凝聚力的研究提供了若干建议。More and more research has focused on Team Cohesion in recent years.With the deepening of the research,enterprises,sports teams,schools and army gradually begin to pay close attention to the development of cohesion.Cohesion is the basic requirement of team existence and development and the key of team success.Cohesion is also one of important indicators to measure high performance team.By understanding the status of the team cohesion can be very good response team task completion.The paper discusses the concepts and structure of team cohesion and analysis the influence factors of team cohesion.Finally,the artical summarizes the measuring method of team cohesion and provides some suggestions for future cohesion study.
