摘　　要：分析了传统化学实验教学存在的不足及成因,阐述了改革无机化学实验教学的意义。提出了无机化学实验教学改革方案,通过对教学内容、教学方式和考核办法的改革,因材施教使学生基础训练得到加强,个性得到发展,创新意识得到培养,创新能力得到提高。Based on the analysis of traditional chemistry experiment teaching＇ disadvantages and causes, it is thought signiticative toreform them. So the author designs and fulfills the plan of inorganic chemistry experiment teaching reform with innovating teachingcontent , teaching method and examining method, enhancing undergraduates＇ basic training, highlighting undergraduates＇ personal-ity development, cultivating undergraduates＇ innovation consciousness and ability by teaching in accordance with students＇ aptitudeto promote file emergence of talems.
