摘　　要：以首钢某酸轧机组中拉伸弯曲矫直机为研究对象,介绍了拉伸弯曲矫直机插入量调整装置的设备结构和插入量的标定方法,并利用余弦定理推导出换辊后插入量补偿值的计算公式,为同类拉伸弯曲矫直机的设计及使用提供参考。This paper studies the tension leveller in PL-TCM of Shougang, the structural of the intermesh adjustment advice and the calibration method of the intermesh are introduced. The calculating formulas about compensation of the intermesh after rolls change is derived by using cosine theorem, which provides reference for the design and application of the tension leveller.
