摘　　要：随着开发开放的纵深推进,泰达开展社区治理成为其持续发展的重要议题。泰达的社区建设具有典型的"后发优势"特征,秉持先进的社会治理理念,泰达在社区治理过程中逐步形成了具有"共同体"特质的"泰达模式",其实践过程值得关注。With the advancement of TEDA’s development and opening, the promotion of community governance has become an important issue, which affects its increasing development. The community construction of TEDA embodies typical late-development advantage. In accordance with advanced social governance idea, TEDA has gradually established “TEDA model”, which is characterized by “community”trait. The practical process of “TEDA model” reserves more attentions.
