摘　　要：应用型本科开展分析工技能培训,应以进一步提高学生的专业技能,培养学生的创造力和就业竞争力为目标,积极探索适应高校自身实际情况和地方经济社会发展需要的应用型人才的培养模式。根据化学分析工职业能力结构,结合我校的实际情况和教学目标,通过精选实验内容,增加综合应用型实验,制定科学的考评标准,以提高人才培养的质量和水平。With the purpose of further improving students＇ professional skill, cultivating creativity and employ- ability, application -orientated universities are trying to build a teaching mode for talents cultivation that can be suitable to their own actual situation and local economic construction and social development. This paper analyzes vocational ability of chemical analyzer. Combining the present situation of Jiangsu University of Technology and its cultivating objectives, careful choice the experiment content, increase the application project and establishment scientific evaluation standard, the quality and level of talents development is improved.
