介入治疗在中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤中应用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨介入治疗在中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院自2009年2月-2013年2月收治的妇科中晚期恶性肿瘤患者78例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例。观察组患者实施介入治疗,对照组只接受常规治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗完全有效21例,对照组患者治疗完全有效14例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组的治疗总有效率达到94.87%,明显高于对照组76.92%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者症状缓解率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:介入治疗是一种方便、简单、安全的妇科恶性肿瘤治疗方法,其能有效缓解患者症状,提高治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To study the clinical application of interventional treatment of gynecologic malignant tumor in the middle-late.Method： Seventyeight cases of gynecologic malignant neoplasm from February 2009 to February 2013 were divided into two groups in accordance with the random numbers, each group contented 39 cases.The observation group was treated by interventional therapy, and the control group was treated by conventional therapy.After treatment, the treatment effects in the two groups were observed.Result： The observation group patients cured 21 eases, the control group cured 14 cases.The results had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.And the observation group＇s total effective rate was 79.62%, the observation group was better than the control group, there was statistical signifieance（P〈0.05）.The remission rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The interventional treatment of gynecologic malignancy is a safe and effective palliative treatment, its can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and alleviate the suffering of patients, and be worthy of clinical application.
