清胃黄连丸对急性胸膜炎大鼠抗炎作用探析

摘　　要：目的:考察清胃黄连丸对角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠胸膜炎的影响。方法:采用大鼠胸腔注射0.2mL 1%角叉菜胶诱导胸膜炎模型,根据胸腔渗出液体积、渗出液中白细胞计数、PGE2含量、TNF-α含量评价清胃黄连丸抗急性炎症的作用。结果:清胃黄连丸可显著降低急性胸膜炎大鼠渗出液体积及渗出液中白细胞总数、PGE2含量、TNF-α含量。结论:清胃黄连丸对角叉菜胶所致急性胸膜炎大鼠有明显的保护作用,作用机制可能与降低PGE2、TNF-α的含量有关。Objective： Studying effects of Qing wei Huanglian Pill on rats pleurisy induced by carrageenan. Methods：Pleurisy model was induced by injection of carrageenan 0.2mL1 % into rat pleural. The anti-acute inflammation effects of Qingwei Huanglian Pill was evaluated by detection of pleural effusion volume, exudate leukocyte count, the contents of TNF-α and PGE2. Results： Qing- wei Huanglian Pill significantly reduces the pleural effusion volume of rats with acute pleurisy, the white blood cell count of exudates and the contents of TNF-α and PGE2. Conclusion ： Qingwei Huanglian Pill have a significant protective effect on rats with acute pleurisy induced by carrageenan. Mechanism of action may be related to lower levels of PGE2, TNF-α.
