摘　　要：目的:观察壮医经筋疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心随机对照研究,将100例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用壮医经筋疗法治疗;对照组采用传统推拿加电针加拔罐治疗。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和《颈肩痛》推荐的肩关节功能活动评定标准,分别于治疗前后对两组患者的镇痛疗效和肩关节功能活动疗效进行评价与比较。结果:总体疗效治疗组愈显率为98%(49/50),明显优于对照组的24%(12/50)(P<0.001);治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩部功能活动积分均较前改善(均P<0.001),且治疗后治疗组较对照组改善更加明显(均P<0.05)。两组治疗期间无不良事件发生。结论:壮医经筋疗法治疗肩周炎临床疗效显著,操作简便,安全无不良反应,适宜推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine tendons therapy on periarthritis of shoulder. Methods ： A multicentral randomized controlled study was adopted. One hundred cases were divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Zhuang medicine tendons therapy was applied to treatment group, conventional massage, electric acupuncture and cupping were applied to control group. Visual Analogue Scale （ VAS ）and evaluation criteria for the function activity of shoulder joint recommended by book Neck and Shoulder Pain were adopted to assess and compare the analgesic effect and shoulder joint function activity effect on two groups before and after treatment. Result ： In treatment group, the cured and markedly effective rate of analgesia was 98% （ 49/50 ）, which was obviously better than 24% （ 12/50 ） in control group （ P〈0.001 ）. VAS score and score of function activity of shoulder joint after treatment were apparently improved compared with those before treatment in two groups （ all P〈0.001 ）. The improvements in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ both P〈0.05 ）. No adverse events were reported during the treatment in two groups. Conclusion ： Zhuang medicine tendons therapy has obvious clinical efficacy on the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. It is easy to operate, safe with no side effect and appropriate for popularization and application.
