医学史视域下的唐代咒禁术概说

摘　　要：巫术产生于原始社会后期,进而在中医药的起源中发挥了重要的作用。虽然,随着人类对自然认识的不断深入,巫术逐渐被淡出医药的舞台,然而,在有些时期,由于当时历史的特殊性,巫术治病仍被作为主流医学的重要组成部分。咒禁术在唐朝时期被太医署列为医学教育的重要内容,政府设有专门的咒禁博士,下设咒禁师和咒禁工为辅助,以培养专门的咒禁生。而唐朝时期佛教和道教的兴盛对当时社会的各个方面都起到了深远的影响,医学方面,尤其体现在太医署将咒禁科设在医科、针科、按摩科之后而成为唐代医学4大分科之一。本文拟从医学史角度就巫术、咒禁及其与唐朝宗教兴盛等内容作初步阐述。Witchcraft produced in the late primitive society, and then in the origins of Chinese medicine has played an important role. Although, with the understanding of human nature deepening of witchcraft medicine gradually fade out the stage, however, in some periods, because of the historical particularity as a magic cure is still an important part of mainstream medicine. Mantra is forbidden technique in Tang dynasty imperial medical education department as an important content, the government has a special curse Dr. ban, under the curse and the curse ban, ban teachers working for the assistance, in order to cultivate a special curse ban students. The Tang dynasty, buddhism and taoism flourished on all aspects of society at that time played a profound impact on medical aspects, particularly reflected in Tang dynasty imperial department hare forbidden subjects after medicine subject, needle subject, massage subject as one of the four major branch of medicine in Tang dynasty. This paper from the perspective of the history of medicine to witchcraft, speUs religion flourished ban and its content such as Tang preliminary elaboration.
