可溶性B7-H4在早期卵巢癌诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨可溶性B7-H4(soluble,sB7-H4)在早期卵巢癌中的诊断价值。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)夹心法检测92例早期卵巢癌患者与80例正常人血清sB7-H4水平,用化学发光法检测血清CA125及CEA水平,利用受试者工作特性曲线(ROC),比较分析sB7-H4作为早期卵巢癌血清标志物的诊断价值。结果早期卵巢癌患者血清sB7-H4水平(48.72±114.68)ng/mL明显高于正常人(29.51±17.54)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。sB7-H4在早期卵巢癌诊断中的灵敏度(82.36%)和准确性(79.57%)均高于CA125及CEA,特异性(74%)低于CA125及CEA。结论 sB7-H4在早期卵巢癌诊断中具有良好的临床应用前景,联合检测sB7-H4、CEA和CA125可提高卵巢癌的诊断率。[ Objective] To discuss the diagnosis value of soluble B7-H4 （sB7-H4） in early ovarian can- cer. [Methods] Using ELISA sandwich method, the serum level of soluble B7-H4 was detected in 92 cases of early ovarian cancer patients and 80 cases of normal people, Chemiluminescence method was adopted to determine the serum CEA and CA125 levels, then analyzed the diagnosis value of sB7-H4 in early ovarian cancer with ROC （Receiver Operating Characteristic）. [Results] The serum level of soluble B7-H4 in early ovarian cancer patients [（48.72 ± 114.68） ng/mL] was significantly higher than that in normal people （29.51 ±17.54） ng/mL], there was significant difference within them （P〈0.01）. The sensitivity （82.36%） and accuracy （79.57%） of sB7-H4 in early ovarian cancer was higher than CEA and CA125, but the specificity （74%） was lower than CEA and CA125. [Conclusion] Soluble B7-H4 have good prospects in clinical application on di- agnosing early ovarian cancer, detecting the serum levels of sB7-H4, together with CEA and CA125 can raise the positive rate of early ovarian cancer.
