摘　　要：通过修订教学大纲,优化教学内容,改革教学方法,加强实践环节以及改革考核方式等措施,探索了应用型本科院校《植物脱毒与快繁技术》课程教学改革与实践问题,旨在提高学生学习兴趣和教学效果,培养社会需求的应用型人才。The curriculum teaching reform and exploration of the Techniques of Plant Virus-free and Rapid Propagation in application type un- dergraduate colleges was conducted from revising syllabus, optimizing teaching content, reforming teaching method, strengthening practice teaching and perfecting assessment methods, so as to motivate students＇ learning interest and improve teaching quality for applied talents train- ing of social needs.
