摘　　要：胆囊癌早期缺乏特异的表现,诊断常被延误,导致其预后极差。提高早期诊断率是改善胆囊癌预后的关键,故其生物学标志物的研究尤为重要。笔者以胆囊癌血清学标志物和分子生物学标志物为重点对相关的研究进展作一综述。Owing to the lack of specific symptoms, the diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma is often delayed, resulting in very poor prognosis. Increasing the incidence of early diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma is critical for improving the prognosis of this disease, therefore the research of its biomarkers has become very important. The authors address the research progress in this field with the emphasis on serological biomarkers and molecular biomarkers of gallbladder carcinoma.
