中药临床药学服务质量评价的初步探索

摘　　要：目的:借鉴临床药学服务质量评价标准,结合中医药临床治疗特点,初步探索中药临床药学服务质量评价体系。方法:梳理国内外临床药学服务质量评价标准现状,分析中药临床药学工作的现状及特殊内容,以临床药师工作经典模板为底本,设计中药临床药学服务质量评价的框架及细则。结果:国外临床药学服务质量评价及相关标准已较为成熟,对于明确药师职责、规范药学服务具有重要推动作用。中药临床药学在诊疗方案评价、用法用量界定、中药质量管控、科研成果转化等方面存在自身特殊性,并衍生出在核实治疗方案、评估治疗效果、提供药学信息、开展用药教育等药学服务质量评价多个方面的新内容。结论:本研究初步构建中药临床药学服务质量评价体系,"以评促建",规范中药临床药师工作职责,推动中药临床药学深入发展。OBJECTIVE Referencing the evaluating criterion of the developed clinical pharmaceutical care and therapeutic characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）, this paper constructed a preliminary quality evaluation system of TCM clinical pharmaceutical care. METHODS The developed evaluation system of clinical pharmaceutical care was introduced first ly. Then the present pharmaceutical care in TCM and its special contents were analyzed, which help to design the structure and specifications of evaluations of TCM pharmaceutical care based on the classical pharmacist evaluation model. RESULTS The foreign pharmaceutical care had well developed quality evaluation and related standards, which defined the responsibility of clin- ical pharmacists and the development of pharmaceutical care. TCM clinical pharmacy had special contents in treatment program evaluation, administration and dosage judgment, drug quality control, clinical application of research, etc. , which brought a bout the differences in several aspects of the corresponding evaluation system such as checking the prescription, evaluating the efficacy, collecting the pharmacy information, performing the medication education. CONCLUSION This work contributed to the construction of evaluation system in TCM clinical pharmaceutical care. It would bring benefit for the normalization of the work of TCM clinical pharmacists and the development of TCM pharmaceutical care.
