妇科恶性肿瘤生存者生活质量影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过生活质量评价量表评价妇科恶性肿瘤生存者生活质量的影响因素。方法通过EORTC QLQC30及OV-28表对62例妇科恶性肿瘤生存者(肿瘤组)及60名健康体检者(健康组)的生活质量进行调查。比较两组患者生活质量评分,分析肿瘤组患者生活质量影响因素。结果 EORTC QLQ-C30及OV-28表结果显示,肿瘤组生存者生活质量的影响因素为虚弱(80.6%)、手臂/腿无力(75.8%)、劳累(74.2%)、恐惧性生活(100.0%)、脱发(79.4%)、对身体象不满意(74.2%)、经济困难(85.5%)。肿瘤组总体生活质量评分[(60.35±26.55)分]低于健康组[(80.14±20.23)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论影响妇科恶性肿瘤生存者生活质量的主要身体因素包括虚弱、四肢无力、疲劳、睡眠障碍、肌肉痛;精神因素包括性生活、体态不满意及经济负担增加。Objective To investigate the influence factors of life quality in gynecologic cancer survivors through the life quality questionnaire. Methods 62 gynecological cancer survivors （cancer group） and 60 cases of healthy control （health group） were evaluated by EORTC QLQ-C30 and OV-28 in this study. The scores of life quality in two group were compared, the influence factors of life quality in cancer group were analyzed. Results Main influence factors of the life quality of survivors in cancer group were weakness （80.6%）, arm/leg weakness （75.8%）, fatigue （74.2%）, fear of sex （100.0%）, hair loss （79.4%）, body shape dissatisfaction （74.2%） and economic problems （85.5%） respectively. The overall scores of quality of life in cancer group [（60.35±26.55） points] was lower than that of the health group [（80.14±20.23） points], the difference was statistically signifiCant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Main physical impact elements including： weakness, arm/leg weakness, fatigue, sleep disorders, muscle pain. Psychological aspects were sex, body shape dissatisfaction and economic stress.
