摘  要:目的:探讨黄精多糖(polygona-polysaccharose,PP)对阿尔茨海默病小鼠海马CA1区突触界面结构的影响。方法:采用不同浓度黄精多糖溶液对治疗组APP转基因小鼠连续灌胃45 d,利用透射电镜结合图像分析系统,观察各组APP转基因小鼠的海马CA1区突触界面结构(突触后膜、突触间隙、突触界面曲率)的变化。结果:黄精多糖干预治疗能显著增加APP转基因小鼠突触后膜厚度,增加突触界面曲率及缩短突触间隙(P<0.05),且呈剂量依赖性。结论:黄精多糖能显著改善突触界面结构重塑,从而改善阿尔茨海默病症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of polygona-polysaccharose(PP) on the synaptic interface in hippocampal CAI region of Alzheimer's mice.Methods:Low and high concentrations of PP solutions were injected into APP transgenic mice's stomachs for 45 consecutive days.The tissues of hippocampal CA1 region were observed through transmission electron microscope,and stereology was used to analyze the ultrastructural features of synaptic interface.Results:Compared with the control group,the thickness of post-synaptic density was significantly increased in the PP treated group(P〈0.05).The curvature of synaptic interface was obviously increased in the treated group while the width of synaptic cleft was significantly decreased(P〈0.01),especially in the high concentration group.Conclusion:PP is beneficial for the improvement of the synaptic interface structure in hippocampal CA1 region of APP transgenic mice.
