摘  要:研究型培训是符合干部教育培训规律和干部学习特点的培训模式,对于增强培训的针对性和实效性、提高培训质量具有十分重要的意义。开展研究型培训要以培训需求调研为基础,以研究式课程设计和研究式教学为核心,综合运用多种教学方法。要保证研究型培训的质量,应在转变培训思想观念、建设合格的师资队伍、建立配套制度、完善教学硬件设施四个方面加强工作。Research as a type of training complies with the law of cadres' education and training and is consistent with cadres' learning characteristics. Thus, it has great significance in the enhancement of the relevance, effectiveness and quality of training. Research programs in training should be based on appropriate surveys in the first place, and the concept of research shall be highlighted in both the curriculum and teaching which should have a variety of methods that ensures the quality of research training, facilitates the adaptation to the new ideas of training; promotes the teachers' quality; establishes supporting systems and improves teaching facilities and other hardware.
