摘 要:对改进型Jeffcott转子/定子系统,考虑其参数随机分布特性的影响,将稳定性分析与可靠性分析相结合,推导了碰摩转子的可靠度计算公式并使用FORM(1阶可能性方法)和CMC(Crude-Monte-Carlo)法计算其可靠度进而确定了可靠度要求为0.95时的碰摩问题边界.在分析各参数对转子稳态响应、安全域边界以及参数灵敏度影响的基础上,就一般的转子/定子系统碰摩问题给出了在摩擦因数、转速和间隙三参数下的解空间,即求出工程中对应可靠度要求的安全域与失效域.A kind of modified Jeffcott rotor/stator system was studied, both stability characteristic and reliability characteristic were analyzed while considering the influence of parameter's random distribution. A reliability formula was deduced as well as the reliability index of 0.95 is calculated by using the FORM (first order reliability method) and CMC (Crude-Monte-Carlo) method respectively. In addition, the boundary of rubbing problem is determined due to the reliability requirement. Furthermore, the effects of various parameters on the rotor steady-state response and security domain were discussed as well as the sensitivity of parameters also been considered. Finally, the solution of general rotor/stator rubbing problem is derived in the space of three parameters (coefficient of friction, speed and clearance) corresponding to the specific requirement in practice.
