摘　　要：国家和地方每年组织的多种类、多层次的高职院校技能大赛,对职业院校人才培养模式的改革和创新提供了一个开放、探索和实践的平台。系统化的竞赛规程和项目化的竞赛内容,对专业人才培养目标的定位、教学内容的设置、教学计划的制定以及教学活动组织带来深刻影响。"以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改"举措对专业建设和教学改革发挥了独特的引领和指导作用。Various types and levels of skills competitions organized nationally and locally provide an open ,explorative and practical platform for the reform and innovation of talents cultivation modes in vocational colleges .The systematic competition regulations and the project-orientated competition content have a deep influence on the orientation of talents cultivation goals ,the setup of teaching con-tent ,the establishment of teaching plans and the organization of teaching activities .Promoting teach-ing ,studying ,and reform by means of competitions plays unique leading and instruction role in the major construction and teaching reform .
