His predecessor Yuan will be appointed to a different position. Why Shanxi officials plunge into turbulence? Recent years, several main leaders in Shanxi Province were under investigation for suspected 'serious law and discipline violations'by CPC's anti-grat authority. Why does this phenomenon happen?
