微血管移植术结合中医治疗视网膜色素变性

摘　　要：目的探讨微血管移植术结合中医治疗视网膜色素变性的临床效果。方法将原发性视网膜色素变性患者78例分为2组,观察组39例采用微血管移植术联合中医综合治疗,对照组39例单纯采用中医治疗,观察2组患者治疗12个月后视力、视野及视网膜电图(ERG)的变化。结果观察组有效率72%,对照组44%,2组比较有显著性差异(2=4.608,P<0.05)。2组治疗后平均光敏度比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后平均缺损与治疗前比较均有所减少,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);2组患者治疗后a波振幅均明显升高,与治疗前比较均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组患者治疗后b波振幅升高,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论微血管移植术结合中医治疗原发性视网膜色素变性有助于提升视力,改善视功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to approach the clinical curative effect of micro vascular transplantation combined with tradi-tional Chinese medicine on primary pigmentary degeneration of retina. Methods 78 patients with primary pigmentary degenera-tion of retina were divided into 2 groups,39 cases in observation group were treated with micro vascular suprachoroidal trans-plantation combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy,and 39 cases in control group were treated by traditional Chi-nese medicine treatment. The changes of visual acuity,visual field and electroretinogram（ERG）in both groups were observed after treated for 12 months. Results The total effective rate was 72% in the observation group and 44% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）;there was significant difference in the average sensitivity between the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）;after treatment,the mean defect in both groups were markedly decreased（ P ﹤ 0. 05）, but there was no significant differences between the two groups（P ﹥ 0. 05）;the amplitude of a wave after treatment were sig-nificantly increased in both groups（all P ﹤ 0. 05）;the amplitude of b wave were increased in the observation group after treat-ment（P ﹤ 0. 05）,and there was significant difference compared with the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion The micro-vascular transplantation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for primary pigmentary degeneration of retina helps to elevate eyesight,improve visual function,worthy of clinical application.
