Influence of different temperature continuous radio frequency and pulse radio frequency on acetylcholine esterase in pericaryon of trigeminal ganglion of rabbits

摘  要:目的探讨三叉神经节射频后半月神经节内神经元胞体乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)含量的变化。方法采用微创的方法,对家兔半月神经节行60,70和80℃3个温度连续射频和脉冲射频,分别于手术后1 d、7 d、14 d和28 d分批处理家兔取射频侧半月神经节。Leica振荡切片机连续切片,KarnovskyRoot直接显示AChE的方法使细胞呈色,采用Image-Pro Plus 6.0图像分析系统对AChE阳性细胞数和平均灰度值进行定量分析。结果各温度射频组实验侧半月神经节内神经元胞体AChE平均灰度值显著高于对照侧,试验组AChE阳性细胞数与对照组比较稍有减少。温度越高变化越明显。结论射频兔半月神经节后可导致相关神经元胞体AChE含量明显降低。Objective It is to investigate the changes of acetylcholine esterase(AChE)in pericaryon of trigeminal gangli-on of rabbits after radio frequency. Methods The mini-wound method with three temperature degree of continuous radio fre-quency as 60,70 and 80 ℃ and pulse radio frequency were adopted to the trigeminal ganglion of rabbits,and the animal were allowed to survive for 1,7,14 and 28 days after operation. The trigeminal ganglion after radio frequency were taken and sliced with Leica vibrating slicer. AChE in pericaryon were displayed by KarnovskyRoot,and Image-Pro Plus 6. 0 image analysis sys-tem was used to analyze the AChE positive cell numbers and average gray value. Results The AChE of average gray value of the trigeminal ganglion of rabbits after different temperature radio frequency in every group on the experimental side were sig-nificantly higher than those on the control side,while the AChE positive cell numbers was slightly decrease in the experimental group to the control group. The above changes were more obvious in higher temperature group than that in lower temperature group. Conclusion Radio frequency can obviously decrease the AChE contents in pericaryon of trigeminal ganglion of rabbits.
