摘　　要：启蒙时代阐扬的政治法律观念,对西方社会具有决定性的深远影响。以自由主义为核心的启蒙哲学,存在着诸多歧义的理解方式与实践形式。霍布斯从特定的人性论立场,对自由主义的成立前提即利维坦国家,做出了奠基性的解释。随着"权利时代"的来临,"利维坦"却被彻底遗忘了,但霍布斯的政治哲学依然具有极为重要的现代意义。The political and legal ideas spread and popularized during the Enlightenment era have exerted a decisive far-reaching influence on western society. As for enlightenment philosophy with liberalism as its core, there have been various ambiguous ways of comprehension and practice. Hobbes made a foundational interpretation of the premise of establishment for liberalism--the leviathan states--from the specific stance of humanity. While the ＂leviathan＂ concept has been forgotten along with the advent of the ＂power era＂, Hobbes＇ political philosophy is still of much modem significance.
