摘　　要：借鉴查德·蔡斯和西姆·达苏以行为科学理论为基础提出的改善服务管理的原则,对改进高校课堂教学的学习体验提出建议:制定课堂规则或仪式,并从始至终坚持下去;赋予学生选择权,增强学生对教学过程的控制感和参与感;掌握学生课堂学习体验的动态变化,及早消除不好的体验;细分愉悦的学习体验,整合痛苦的学习体验;创造出色的课堂尾声等。Based on the principles of behavioral science theories to improve service management proposed by Chase and Sriram, the paper puts forward suggestions to enhance college classroom learning experience, such as, develop classroom rules or rituals, and persevere from the beginning to the end; give students the option to enhance students ＇ sense of control and participating in the teaching process; grasp dynamic changes of students＇ classroom learning experience, eliminate bad experiences as early as possible; subdivide enjoyable learning experience and integrate painful learning experience; and create excellent teaching end.
