摘　　要：当前,世界经济已进入创新密集和产业变革时代。党的十八届三中全会明确提出强化企业在技术创新中的主体地位。企业的发展依赖于高素质青年人才的快速成长。深化青年员工创新创效活动,提高青年人才队伍的创新创效能力,对企业提升自主创新能力,推动企业科学发展具有深远的现实意义。At present, the world economy has entered the era of change and innovation intensive industries. The Party＇ s Eighteen Plenary Session put forward clearly dominant position to strengthen the enterprise in the technological innovation. The enterprise＇ s development depends on the human resource procession construction. This paper gives opinions on how to fully exert the Youth League role in the innovation and efficiencies conducted by the young employees from the enterprises.
