摘  要:硬脆材料由于其高硬度、高强度等良好力学性能和物理特性,在国防、机械等领域都有广泛的应用前景。硬脆材料磨削过程主要由塑性变形去除和脆性断裂去除组成,其加工机理分析相对塑性材料磨削过程较为复杂。磨削力作为磨削加工机理研究基本特征参数,与加工表面质量、砂轮耐磨性和材料脆性或者塑性去除的预测等均有紧密联系。本文对硬脆材料磨削力建模进行总结,并针对硬脆材料磨削力研究存在的问题,提出了硬脆材料磨削力研究的方向。Hard - brittle materials, which have good mechanical properties and physical properties of high hardness and high strength, have broad application prospects in the defense, machinery and other ~qelds. Hard - brittle material grinding process is mainly composed of brittle fracture to remove and plastic deformation to remove, its machining mecha- nism analysis is more complicated compared with plastic material grinding process. Grinding force, as a basic characteristic parameter, is closely related to predetermination of machining surface quality, grinding wheel wear resistance and plastic removal or brittleness removal. This paper summarizes the specialistic researches of grinding force modeling about hard brittle material in recent years, and puts forward the new direction of grinding force modeling, aiming at solving the existing problems of grinding studies about Hard brittle material.
