摘  要:为提高圆锥特征曲面的加工效率和加工稳定性,建立了一种圆锥特征曲面刀具轨迹分析模型。首先,通过UG软件对圆锥特征曲面进行建模和数控编程。然后,利用Third Wave System—PM仿真软件对刀—工材料属性、刀具轨迹和机床参数进行描述,建立了圆锥特征曲面铣削加工预测模型。最后,利用已经建立的模型对圆锥特征曲面三种刀具轨迹铣削加工过程中的加工时间、切削力、刀具温度和主轴功率进行预测分析和比较。研究认为,往复刀具轨迹相对于单向和螺旋刀具轨迹更适合圆锥特征曲面的铣削加工。To improve processing efficiency and stability of tapered surface characteristics, a tool path analysis model of tapered surface characteristics is developed. Firstly, three - dimensional solid models and NC programs of tapered sur- face characteristics is created by UG software. Then, the prediction model of milfi^ng process of typically tapered surface characteristics is established by modeling tool - work material properties, the tool path and machine parameters using Third Wave System - PM software. Lastly, the machining time, cutting force, tool temperature and spindle power of three tool paths of typically tapered surface characteristics are predicted by established model. The results show reciprocating tool path relative to the one -way and spiral tool path is more suitable for milling tapered curved surface characteristics.
