摘 要:利用化学共沉淀法制备了4种不同参数的磁流体,并对磁流体性能进行研究。将磁性液体用于压差传感器性能测试试验,分3组试验分别测量磁流体的密度、黏度和磁化强度对传感器的输出性能的影响,得出压差传感器灵敏度与磁流体的密度和磁化强度之间在一定范围内为线性关系,随着密度和磁化强度的增大,曲线逐渐趋于平缓,而传感器的响应时间也随着磁流体黏度的增大而增大的结论。Four different kinds of ferrofluid, which were applied into the experiment of differential pressure sensor, were pre- paled by chemical co-precipitation method. The density, viscosity and magnetization intensity of ferrofluid were analyzed and the in- fluence of the parameters on the differential pressure sensor were measured in experiments which were designed to verify the theory analysis. The relation between the sensitivity of differential pressure sensor and the density and magnetization of ferrofluid were lin- ear in a certain range. But with increasing of density and magnetization, the curve gradually leveled off when the ferrofluid was satu- rated. The sensor response time was lengthened with the increasing of viscosity of the ferrofluid.
