肝细胞癌中癌-睾丸抗原SSX2与SCP-1mRNA表达的研究

摘　　要：目的检测癌-睾丸抗原滑膜肉瘤X断裂点2(SSX2)与联会复合体蛋白1(SCP-1)在肝细胞癌组织中的表达。方法应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,对45例肝细胞癌组织和相应癌旁肝组织中SSX2与SCP-1的mRNA进行检测。结果在肝细胞癌组织中SSX2 mRNA表达阳性率28.9%(13/45),SCP-1mRNA表达阳性率22.2%(10/45),相应的癌旁肝组织均无表达,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SSX2与SCP-1的mRNA表达与AFP阳性率、HbsAg阳性率、肿瘤大小、有无肝硬化情况和病理分级等无相关性(P>0.05)。SSX2 mRNA与SCP-1 mRNA表达的相关性分析提示两者无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 SSX2与SCP-1在HCC中呈低频率的表达。Objective To detect the expression of cancer - testis antigen synovial sarcoma x break - point 2 （ SSX2 ） and syn- aptonemal complex protein 1 （ SCP - 1 ） in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods With Reverse - Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction （RT- PCR） ,the expression of SSX2 and SCP- 1 in cancerous and corresponding paracancerous tissues from Forty -five pa- tients with HCC was tested, and statistic analysis was performed. Results The expressive frequency of SSX2 and SCP - 1 in HCC was 28.9% （13/45） and 22.2% （ 10/45 ）, respectively. There was no expression of SSX2 and SCP - 1 in any corresponding paracancerous tissues. Statistic analysis showed that the expression of SSX2 and SCP - 1 was no correlation with tumor size,liver cirrhosis, pathological stage, serum AFP level and infection of hepatitis B virus （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of SSX2 was not correlated with that of SCP - 1 in HCC （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of SSX2 and SCP - 1 in HCC is lower.
