应用型园林专业人才职业岗位能力培养的现状与培养方式研究

摘　　要：通过从专业培养目标、岗位适应能力等方面分析了应用型园林专业人才职业岗位能力的培养现状及发展趋势,提出了通过构建突出职业岗位能力的实践教学模式、提升岗位适应能力的课程群的开发建设以及构建以职业岗位为核心的人才质量评价考核体系等措施,来培养适应园林行业发展需求的应用型园林专业人才。Through the training target, from professional post adaptability and other aspects of the cultivation of current application and development trend of landscape architecture professional occupation post ability, put forward by constructing a prominent occupa- tion post ability practice teaching mode, improve post adaptability curriculum development and construction of the group and the construction of evaluation system of talent quality in occupation jobs as the core such measures, to cultivate practical garden professional development needs of the landscape industry.
